Great guys very professional service would highly recommend to anyone in need of a tree surgeon. The guys work very hard and efficient would use them again 100% no extra damage was done to the fence which i found amazing seems as ot had a 30 foot conifer through it

A big thanks to James and his team today for the fantastic job cutting two large branches overhanging a main road on a large oak tree. I wanted expert advice to survey the tree and help make it safe. Working with James from the start was easy and his advice on how to balance the tree without drastically impacting the canopy and of course protecting the tree. The job was complicated by three telephone lines. He arranged a small team and a cherry picker to do the job. And they’ve done a great job. The oak tree looks great and balanced and ready for another 150+ years. I had two other quotes (one tried to rip me off) and James’s price was competitive and fair and his advice was by far the best. Highly recommend.

After an initial consultation on a very overgrown conifer hedge, James came out to start the work. We discussed again, what he would do, how long it would take etc and he made sure I was happy before he began. He checked again about a quarter way through to make sure I was still happy with the height and what had been done do far.
The conifer hedge had a couple of metres cut from the height and was trimmed along the 15+ metre front and the whole area cleared away afterwards.
I was over the moon with the quality of work, the politeness and great customer service from James and his gardening partner.
I would highly recommend and will be booking James again.

I can't recommend James and his company highly enough. He responded to my initial request promptly and his communication throughout was exceptional. When he visited my property, I was really impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge regarding trees in conservation areas; he really put my mind at rest. When he arrived to carry out the works on my tree, parking was a nightmare, but he and his colleague dealt with the overhanging branches with expertise being especially cautious of neighbouring cars. He left the driveway in a better state than it's been in years! So, so grateful! I really can't thank you enough.

If anyone is after someone to cut back/down/pollard trees etc, please get in touch with James at Clifton Tree-surgery. Pollarded our Willow and take some lower branches off a Silver Birch today.
Amazing service. Arrived nice and early. Garden has been tidied up and drive way all clean and clear.
These guys are truly professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly.
Can not recommend James and Eddie enough.
