The team of Chris, Chris and Taylor who completed the work was again fantastic. They were polite, professional and considerate. Chris provided daily updates on the progress and clearly cared about the quality of the finish.

The team worked hard but carefully, and always took time to check in and ask for our input with decisions as the job progressed. Jamie has an incredible skillset that covers all aspects of roofing, he really is an asset and you can see he takes pride in the project.

Been meaning to write a review for some time (almost a year). Can’t recommend this company enough to do work on your roof should you need it. We had a complete cowboy builder build a loft dormer on our mid terrace house in Egremont area, the work was completed to a more than terrible standard and left so many issues and leaks all over the dormer and wider roof areas. We had some legal battles trying to get compensation of over £10k to put things right, this was to no avail even after high court sheriffs chasing him. We decided to bite the bullet and get quotes to start putting things right as it had been almost 2 years of living with the stress and anxiety of living with and panic the leaks etc.
Jason gave us a clear quote and plan of what needed to be done to put things right and back to how it should be. Seeing the reviews and recommendations from near by neighbours I was confident I wasn’t going to make a mistake with another contractor. I was further put at ease when he said full payment on completion when happy with all the work. I had many quotes from other companies for up to 50% up front or even had one asking for me to pay to get scaffolding up just so they could inspect and then they would give me a price.
Worked started pretty much on time and was completed within the time frame Jason gave me. All the guys who worked on the roof were amazing, friendly and polite. I know it was probably a challenge to put things right on the dormer but they certainly made sure it was done properly.
I’ve been meaning to send out a big thank you to the team. I wish I had some of the before and after pictures to really show the difference it has made and also show how truly shocking the original “completed” work was.
