After several months of doing a self build extension we were ready to replace what was left of the original roof and tie it in with a roof on the new build.
Could not believe how quickly Tom and the team from Sunlight Roofing completed the job; they are an absolute credit to Lee who owns the company.
Every day the site was left clean and tidy, any questions we had were answered, Lee even managed to accommodate our literally 'last minute' decision to change the colour of our tiles!
Would have no hesitation in recommending them, thanks lads for a great job!!

Port Sunlight Roofing did a great job replacing a tired roof on both the house and garage. Our property has really come to life now. Thank you again to the team for being so professional, hard working and most of all doing a fantastic job!!

Port Sunlight roofing what can we say, professional and hard working. We had a new roof with Port Sunlight towards the end of November 2025. From Day 1, they worked really hard and rarely stopped for breaks. We did have up and down weather but this did not slow them down. They tidied up on a daily basis and they were a great bunch of lads. Towards the end, there were a few bits I was not 100 percent happy with but they corrected this to a very high standard. We have had many compliments from neighbours and also members of the public just walking up the road. It looks fantastic and our home is so much warmer than before.
In reference to Mr Dunning’s review, please take this with a pinch of salt. If you feel asking politely, is shoving a phone in the face of the builders, goading and trying to intimidate them, well we are very different. Mr Dunning made a complaint to Merseyside Police about being threatened by the builders but this was soon squashed when Merseyside Police stated that the builders were professional at all times after viewing the video shown by Mr Dunning. Mr Dunning also had environmental health officers attend our address twice due to music the builders were playing. At no time had Mr Dunning spoke to us the owners. We spoke with our other neighbours who live in our road and asked if the noise was inappropriate to which there were no complaints. Also my wife and adjoining neighbour both worked from home during this time with no issues both doing very important jobs. These issues spoilt what we thought would be an easy journey in the first major construction we have had in 15 years of being in the property but Port Sunlight roofing made it easier and we are glad it is done. Absolute great job and would recommend to anyone.

Had my roof done by sunlight roofing can honestly sayin what an outstanding service from start to finish.
Price was competitive and the lads were really polite and professional, work was done to a very high standard. Job was completed quicker than expected thank you.

Sunlight Roofing have done a superb job of replacing some cracked tiles and removing 2 problematic chimney stacks from our bungalow. The work was done quickly and efficiently with absolutely no mess left behind. Care was also taken to make sure the work and required skip didn't damage the driveway. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
