We are really pleased with our new roof. We commissioned Furber Roofing to replace our old, dilapidated and leaky roof and I must say they have done an excellent job. The team sent to undertake the work, Paul, Peter and Lewis were seriously hard working lads who undertook a truly professional job and kept us informed throughout.

We recently used Furber Roofing for what started as a relatively small repair but quickly turned into a much larger and more complex job once a hidden issue was uncovered. From start to finish, the team were outstanding.
What really stood out was their professionalism, transparency, and communication throughout. At every stage, they took the time to explain what they were finding, talk through the options available to us, and ensure we felt comfortable with the approach being taken. Nothing ever felt rushed or unclear, which made a huge difference given the nature of the work.
The team on site were polite, hardworking and respectful of our home, and it was clear they took real pride in doing the job properly rather than cutting corners. As the work progressed and the situation changed, they adapted their approach accordingly and worked closely with a structural engineer to make sure everything was completed safely and to a high standard.
We also really appreciated their honesty; when additional issues were identified, they explained them clearly and only recommended what genuinely needed to be done. Equally, where the job became more straightforward than expected, they were upfront about that too.
It’s not always easy to find contractors you feel you can trust, but we felt in very safe hands for the 2 months this job has been ongoing. The end result speaks for itself, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Furber Roofing to others.

Garage flat roof felt and chippings removed and roof recovered.
The workmen worked very well considering they were working during a heat wave. Did an excellent job finishing off the roof with PVC fascia boards. Cleaned up all mess and removed debris even in the neighbours garden.
Had chimney stack repointed and roof tiles replaced. Made a great job of the repointing and all broken tiles replaced. Cleaned up all the mess even in the gutters. Took all debris away. Have recommend Furber Roofing to friends and family.

Having had a new roof some 5 years ago I didn’t think I would need to call out a roofer so soon. I called Furber out after I noticed a water mark on the wallpaper in my bedroom my enquiry was dealt with quickly and a quote was sent by email and post.
The job was fitted in as a matter of urgency, the lads were very professional and friendly they carried out the work putting my mind at ease that the repairs had been fixed competently.
I would not hesitate to recommend them the reviews on their website are testament to the quality of the service they provide.
