We received fantastic service and advice from Lynda at City Plumbing when purchasing bathroom products for our new en-suite and downstairs cloakroom. She also helped us so much with the design. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We’re delighted with the quality and would have no hesitation in using City Plumbing again for any future work.

Absolutely the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Me and one guy at the trade counter. I’ve been here ten minutes whilst the guy in the pic sat on his backside.

Really poor experience unfortunately. Bought a drill online, to be collected the next day. I arrived (having travelled 15 miles as they had no delivery option) to be told they actually didn't have it in stock. They apologised and assured me that someone would call me the next day to confirm they would deliver. They didn't call, so I called them to be told they couldn't deliver but that I would have to go back again to collect.
Would not recommend as they seem disorganised and don't seem to care about customer service.
