AVOID THIS THIEF AT ALL COSTS.
I paid Ben a £259 deposit for a shower installation job that was never completed. He failed to attend on multiple agreed dates and eventually stopped responding entirely – ignoring phone calls, messages, and emails.
Despite multiple polite and formal requests to refund my money, I have received nothing. At this point, it’s clear the money has been taken with no intention of completing the work or making things right.
Regardless of any circumstances, personal or otherwise, there is no excuse for completely disappearing and keeping someone’s money.

Very professional and friendly. Initially we needed some urgent attention to the boiler as we moved in to our new house to find out the boiler was not working due to faulty hose pipe. Ben was kind enough to meet us in such short notice. Since then we have used their services several times with the last one being a full new heating system. Brilliant staff i would 100% recommend.

I definitely recommend Ben and his team. Our boiler had broken and was smelling really badly of burning. I called Ben and he answered straight away and said he could come out to have a look at the problem that day. Ben disconnected the boiler to make it safe and said he’d try and work things around to fit us in quickly to replace the old burned out boiler. The next day his colleague Will came round and fitted the new boiler and we were back up and running. Super responsive, friendly and tidy service. Thank you

Our boiler broke in the new year and needed to be completely ripped out and replaced. Ben came out straight away and managed to fit us in the next day. Can’t thank him and his team enough for such an excellent, friendly and quality service at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use again!

I was really impressed from the service I received from the first phone call to the completion of the job. I needed a gas fire and two water pipes capped off and my boiler serviced with a safety certificate. They arrived on time, listened to what I needed, were thoroughly professional and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I recommend them without reservation.
