Sloppy workmanship, rushed, not checking his work properly, extremely bad communication if none at all to the point of just getting ignored!!
Overpriced for what is actually done…more interested in pestering for money than actually taking a pride in his work and making sure the job is done properly and to a high standard!! Definitely will not be using again….

I will keep this as fair as possible but Unfortunately I’m gutted to say we’re highly disappointed overall.
We have been left with a functional bathroom that looks aesthetically pleasing.
The company were relatively professional and clean and did a large proportion of the work whilst we were on holiday with reasonable communication.
We have had numerous problems which I think are generally unacceptable. We’ve never had an apology for any inconvenience or issues caused which is strange in my opinion. But Danny, to his credit, has returned it must be over 10 times to resolve various issues I’ll briefly mention below.
We paid a significant sum for our bathroom and from what should have been an October finish took 5 months to fully rectify issues.
- Dinted ceiling x2, scratched bath, scratched shower, leaking shower, scratched toilet seat, poor silicone finish in numerous areas with some areas completely absent.
Tiling/Grout - This isn’t necessarily the direct fault of this company however you pay them for the job and they sub contract people in. So they are responsible for the whole job in its entirety and should it’s done to the correct standard. But There are without doubt issues here. The grout in our bathroom rubs out like dust. It won’t take any sort of cleaning without running away down the drain. This, we were advised wasn’t normal by Danny and the Tiler initially and a partial re grout was done. But when I came home whilst the Tiler was here, he was aggressively pushing a blade into the old grout saying it’s rock solid and then messaged me numerous times privately saying I’d made him question his own work for the first time in 25 years. We asked Danny about this and they were going to ask the manufacturer and also consider sealing the grout etc but we never got a response.
Recently I’ve asked about how we can clean the grout and the response WhatsApp’s back was “don’t know”.
This company has a good reputation and that is great I’ve got no issue with that. My advice would be to very closely check the finish and don’t pay the outstanding balance until you’re happy. I’d 100% be checking your grout too. We have asked numberous other professionals who have said the grout is the wrong consistency and shouldn’t just turn to dust under the slightest pressure. But that’s what we’ve been left with after spending £11k.

Removed and Fitted a radiator and left all the pipes on show rather than chasing them into the wall, the price paid was steep and should have included that, now all calls have been ignored, when there is still other agreed work to be finished. Exploiting a young couple and has overcharged for unfinished works that they now have to pay again to fix
