Paul from Able Vac & Brush Chimney Sweep swept our chimneys for the first time today. My mum recommended Paul to me, as she’s been very pleased with his chimney and fire care for many years. Paul was friendly, professional, reliable, and left everything clean and tidy. The work was carried out thoroughly and with care, and I would be happy to recommend him. We have used Able Vac & Brush for a couple of years now and have found them to be careful, considerate and friendly. They have excellent knowledge and can give advice if needed. Everywhere was left clean and tidy. It is reassuring to know we will be sent a reminder when our next sweep is due. Highly recommended.

Rachael is very professional.
Communicates well and sends a reminder when the annual chimney clean is due.
Is prompt, very clear with what preparation she needs eg clear car from path etc.
She is meticulous and leaves your home spotless - not a speck of soot in sight.
Good price, very friendly; would.hughky recommend.

I have used the company for the last 3 years
Very reliable called me back when I contected them originally.. This year I received a reminder via e.mail. They arrived on time to clean my logburner and sweep the chimney, friendly, very clean no mess and left everything tidy. Rachael who called this year answered questions I had .
One year I had a small crack developong in a firebrick which was okay at the time . But they suggested I order a new one for them to fit on next visit which they duly did .
Would definitely recommend the firm
