Borough Road shop. Walk in to have a suit dry cleaned. No other customers present. Man behind the till is scanning some boxes and says "you're gonna have to wait 15 minutes untill I've done this" i replied that doesn't seem like very good customer service, to leave a customer waiting while you do other jobs and can't you do that after you've served me. His reply was "it needs to be done". I explained again that you shouldn't leave a customer waiting at the counter while you do other tasks and that I would be making a complaint. Man behind the counter didn't say anything but looked confused. I'm sure there will be some reply to this from the management justifying this terrible customer service but whatever it is anybody that has any kind of basic manners let alone even basic customer service skills knows you don't ask a customer to wait while you do general tasks, especially not for 15 minutes! Takes all of 2 minutes to take my suit, take payment and give me a ticket. Embarrassing.

5 stars all the way. Sammy was amazing. Walked me through the whole process and did it with a big smile. Felt like a proper customer. Would surely come again.

The pictures say it all !! Never thought the mud grass Guinness and wine stains would come out of my wedding dress (sign of a brilliant time at least🤣🤪💃) but these guys are miracle workers !! So so pleased thank you so much ❤️ xx

I wear military uniform for my volunteering and Chris provides the best service in ensuring my uniform is always finished at the highest of standards. I always come back for military events and camps. Thanks for your help Chris

This for me is an essential establishment. I use it daily for multiple services and it is always first class. Chris who runs it, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And he has made me feel welcome to the area. Can't recommend it highly enough.
