We moved our office cleaning to More Than Just Cleaners in October 2025 and from the start it was a great experience. Rachelle came round to do an initial assessment and was honest and professional straightaway, explaining how long we'd need each week to make sure we got the standard we wanted, and then following up with a prompt, professional quote.
Once the work started we had a team of people in (to make sure everyone knew our setup so there was cover if needed) and the standard of cleaning immediately increased. Everyone noticed the difference and have been delighted with the job they've done ever since. We have now had 6 months cleaning with them and the standard is the same now as it was on day one.
All their staff have been friendly, polite and efficient and I'd have absolutely no issues recommending them to anyone at all

The name is an excellent description. Rachelle was so professional and helpful when we were arranging regular fortnightly cleaning sessions for our elderly parents. Millie is thorough in her cleaning, following specific routines agreed with my mother. Importantly she is both reliable and trustworthy. I am happy the recommend More Than Just Cleaners.

Very impressed with the service received. Rachelle (the owner) responded very quickly to my enquiry regarding nicotine removal in my late father's property. Rachelle's explanation of the process was very detailed, with the costing and payment plan, clearly outlined. Rachelle booked the job in and completed the work with her team over a few days. The team worked so hard on what was a very challenging task and the outcome was fantastic. The smell is virtually eradicated and the property is now able to be put on the market. Rachelle has links with a decorater who she works jointly with, so there was also the option to include redecoration after the decontamination had been completed, if I wanted this.
I will be recommending "More Than Just Cleaners" to anybody who requires a friendly, reliable, and efficient cleaning service; and more specifically, to anybody in need of a specialist nicotine removal service.

I contacted Rachelle and her team after a leaflet was posted through my door. I’m a new mum and have struggled in keeping on top of cleaning. I look forward to Thursdays when i have my regular weekly clean. Rachelle and her team are trustworthy and very professional. I can highly recommend them
