I was told I’d get a call back on Monday after dropping my shoes off on the Saturday. Nobody called me all week and I had to call on Friday to ask if they’d been cleaned, was told they hadn’t started them yet and they’d forgotten to ring me. The shoes have been cleaned eventually and they still have the same mark on them but nobody said anything and I’ve been charged full price? Not the best first impression

Took a shirt to be dry cleaned still had double creases on collar and lost one of the collar stiffeners ended up ironing it myself bad service for a so called top end dry cleaners
