Will is a great piano teacher - patient, encouraging and genuinely passionate about music. He’s methodical and rigorous but in a totally relaxed way, which makes the lessons stress-free and fun. As an adult learner, I’ve appreciated his encouragement to explore a wide range of pieces beyond just the exam syllabus, which keeps things interesting. He’s also just a lovely person to chat to and put me at ease from the word go. I’d highly recommend Will to learners of all ages and abilities.

Will is a fantastic piano tutor. Supportive without pressuring, he is great at encouraging his students to find their own creativity at the same time as developing technically, both in performance and theory. My daughter (just starting grade 8) really looks forward to her lessons!

I have been learning piano with Will for about year and have just achieved a distinction in my first assessment. Will's style of teaching is enthusiastic and informal while also being thorough and rigorous. He encourages high standards from his students to bring out their full potential. I enjoy my piano lessons with Will and am looking forward to progressing through the grades under his expert tuition.

I started piano lessons with Will four months ago. I had little practical experience and only a basic grasp of music theory. The lessons are very well structured, and Will is an extremely patient teacher; he is also a very talented musician with a brilliant knowledge of all musical genres. His enthusiasm for music, and for teaching music really shines through. His studio is also excellent - comfortable and inviting, which helps to put you at ease. I cannot recommend Will highly enough.
