What a total crank. I called to ask about getting a Starlink bracket fitted since I can’t climb a ladder right now because of a frozen shoulder. I explained exactly what needed doing — basically just climbing a ladder, drilling two holes, and attaching the bracket. The quote? £145!
When I realised he wasn’t joking and said that was incredibly steep for such a simple job, he just hung up on me. Honestly, I should’ve been the one hanging up after hearing that price.
Got it sorted later the same day for just over half what this cowboy quoted.

Steer well clear of this lot.
Some cowboy came out and charged us £150 to reattach our Aerial it took him approximately between 5-10 minutes to do, absolutely disgraceful to charge that much given today's cost of living.
We've lost all reception on two TVs since, when I phoned to query this what did he do.
He hung up on me.
Says it all really not what you'd call dependable or honest .

Came out to apparently/supposedly put my aerial securely back in its bracket, the aerial had not fallen off but was not correct. Since they apparently/supposedly fixed it everytime it heavily rains the signal to my televisions goes off. I have spoken to 'PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS' who told me to get back in touch with them because it's possible the junction box has been knocked and is letting in water, which I have, they are completely disinterested. It cost £119 to NOT FIX and now worse than before. AVOID, AVOID & AVOID!!!

You need to have serious conversation with one of your employees who finds it acceptable to beep at a learner driver on test on more than one occasion. Van registration MW21 FGV.
