Malcolm came out same day to fix a problem with our aerial and remove an old one from the wall. He was prompt and friendly, very efficient with the work, and was patient and entertaining with our toddler. Highly recommended. I might also suggest that all poor reviews are intended for the other A1 aerials in the area, so don't be put off by them.

Phoned up to request a new satellite dish about 10am on Saturday morning and new dish was installed by 2pm! Great service and very friendly fitter. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My Free-Sat stopped working. I had asked another company to look at it. They pointed out that the aerial was pointing in the wrong direction but would not got on the roof!
I rang A1 this afternoon. Malcolm arrived and said that although access was difficult he would get there and he did. The old Satellite dish mounting had rusted and broken and the LNB was cracked. Malcolm replaced the entire dish and LNB, set the dish alignment and LNB rotation and replaced faulty connectors on the interior ends of the satellite connection. Rapid and first class service by a very personable and knowledgeable technician. Full Marks!
£195 was very reasonable for same day service of this quality. I would highly recommend.
