Prior to Alan and Frank arriving our sandstone wall was in a very poor state and at risk of falling down! The back garden as a whole was rather a mess. Alan worked tirelessly throughout the winter months to rebuild our wall, render our side wall and also created tiered patios. The result is a space which we can now enjoy throughout the summer months (UK weather permitting!). Prior to this our back garden space was dreary and a place to be avoided!
Throughout the process Alan was professional and helpful. He always discussed options with us and we felt readily able to discuss our ideas with him. Alan's work is meticulous, thorough and neat. His services are excellent value for money and we wholeheartedly recommend him for his professional workmanship and friendly demeanour, along with his colleague, Frank. Alan came and gave a quote when he said he would, he done an excellent job and explained everything in full to us along the way. He gave us very sound advice. He and his team pointed my brick outhouse and partially rebuilt it to a high standard. They worked really hard and left the place clean and tidy. The price was acceptable for us and very reasonable for the work he had carried out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would certainly use him again if I require any more building work. Alan helped me out at short notice by rebuilding a brick cooker surround that I had to get completed in less than a week after being let down 3 times by a different bricklayer. He turned up on time when he said he would, did the job properly without cutting any corners, was careful not to damage the appliance that was fixed in place very close by and stayed until the job was completed. Alan took down and rebuilt a garden wall and fence for me. Alan worked really hard, he always made sure the wall was the way I wanted it and he has done a really good job from beginning to end. I was pleased with the quote and l have recommended Alan to friends.

Took a door and window out and had AB building services ( Alan ) build a concrete block wall to block up the space.he came on time as arranged,and in short notice,and liased with our window fitter to suit our needs. built a quality wall very neat and tidy, and with hardley any mess on the floor considering he was bulding a wall. cleaned up after to a high standerd. would recomend and hope to use Alan and his mate again. Very pleased
