Absolutely outstanding service. Don't be put off by having to leave a voice mail on the answer service ( I initially was as most NEVER call you back) I received a call back within 24 hrs with a booking date and then a follow up call to offer a sooner date. (very efficient)
The guy turned up bang on time and the service was that exceptional my partner rang me at work to praise the workmanship and advice offered. (she never does that)
Very rare these days to get any tradesman to carry out work requested on time or even actually turn up! There's a few local companies I could mention that could do with adopting this guys approach to customer service.

I reach down into my barrel of superlatives to describe the tremendous work undertaken by this chimney sweeping service only to discover that I have ran out. Absolutely magnificent people. DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE!

Ian answered my emergency call after hours and talked me thru the job, he was out the next day and resolved the situation quickly. Very professional and fast service.
