Our 26 year old collie / kelpie Ozzy, loved by all he met, died peacefully last week. Phil gave fantastic personal attention. He truly loves animals and as he said "treats each one as if it's his own". He really does. He deals with what otherwise would be distressing effectively and promptly. He provides a tasteful range of memorabilia. This service does not come cheap, but if you can possibly afford it, he really makes a difference.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Phil for making our terrible experience more bearable after losing our little kitty Pandora yesterday. The service he provided was above and beyond and couldn't have got through it without his compassion and support and we even got her back same day. Highly recommended.

Our little girl, our cat Honey passed Friday early evening at home. I called Asisi and spoken with David who was amazing. He came this morning, took our little girl to be cremated and brought her back later today. David was so kind and shows understanding and empathy, while I was falling apart. The keyrings and rose was a lovely touch, and although it's been a tough day, David's kindness, and the dignity he shown my family and our girl helped us face what's been an upsetting and difficult day. Please accept our gratitude David, and hope the food, bowls, and toys help any animal in care of the rescue they are in. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💔❤️

Our family dog queenie past after a traumatic event and everything was dealt with efficiently. Everything we asked for was done professionally and with the up most care. When we picked up the ashes my husband and I received a compassionate approach as we became very upset and we were able to chat about our loss and had time to try and come to terms with our loss with a friendly compassionate approach. I would highly recommend assisi for your pet on the final journey.
