Blackstone Electrical - first class service.
Recently had an EV charger installed and the service from Blackstone Electrical was amazing. From first enquiry Graham showed up on time and talked us through some options. Graham was great and gave us confidence that the charger we chose was what we needed (no pushy sales for the more expensive chargers).
Day of installation Graham, Aron and Joel turned up on time and completed the job expertly.. The lads are so friendly, polite and professional - thank you.
We had an issue with some internal lights and the lads sorted it without any charge. Received an after service call from Jacqueline checking we were happy with service - great customer service.
If you’re wanting an EV charger or any electrical work done we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blackstone Electrical. We will be recommending to friends and family.

What a fantastic firm to deal with. From my initial approach for an estimate to install a EV charger to the actual installation everything went the way I wanted. The initial visit to give a quotation was at the time arranged, an explanation of the work involved and the recommended charger was all communicated with the quotation to be emailed the following day.
On excepting the Quote, a suitable day was arranged, Graham arrived on time proceeding to install the charger as already discussed. The neatness of the installation was brilliant. I was then shown had to operate the system and had all my questions answered
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blackstone Electrical as they were very pleasant to deal with punctual and very competent.

Having recently purchased a Tesla Model Y I reached out to Graeme at Blackstone, explaining that I needed a charger for my car. Graeme kindly arrange a site survey at a convenient time. He explained the various options and provided all options available - even covering which tariff would be best suited.
Within a week my charger was ordered and fitted.
Once installed Graeme took the time to set up the app and checked I was able to complete charger.
I would highly recommend Graeme and the team at Blackstone. Top class job guys. Thank you.

2nd time using the team at Blackstone Electrical and EV. This time to install an EV charger and outside socket. I would highly recommend them for all electrical work. From friendliness, speed of response, reliability of turning up when they say they will, to the work itself - all top quality. The EV charger they just installed was done to a very high standard and with minimal disruption, impressive when the route for the wiring was through the house. Very happy

Fabulous service. Very professional company from the reception staff to the electricians themselves. Great communications via email and phone keeping me up to date with appointment time etc. Installed an EV charger in my garage which is underneath my flat with no problem at all (I thought it was going to be a tricky job). Very helpful guys. Would most definately recommend them
