Unreliable. I called with a job. I was told someone would ring the day before to schedule a time. If they'd just said no I could have found an alternative. They did not call the day before, they called on the day to ask if I still needed help. Then when I stated I did, and asked if they could attend that day, they said they couldn't do it, because I had been mis-quoted for a callout, but really it would be a fixed job price at twice the amount! The excuse was that the man who answers the phone isn't a plumber... They should get a plumber to answer their phones.
