Chris from Connect Up Electrical was brilliant – trustworthy, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, from adding extra plug sockets to installing external lights and an EV charger at our property.
I felt completely comfortable leaving him to carry on the work while I wasn’t at home, which says a lot. He was very professional throughout and left everything spotless, even after channeling out walls for new plugs. I was really impressed with the quality of his work and attention to detail.
I would highly recommend Connect Up Electrical to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Chris was contracted in to rewire the whole of an extension dating back to the 90s including kitchen, garage, living room, outside lighting and summer house. A new distribution board was long overdue and was carefully installed in a very prompt, courteous and tidy way.
Chris hit a few snags along the way from the old wiring and worked well past his regular hours to sort things out for us so we could continue to have power throughout at all times.
He is entirely trustworthy and, perhaps best of all, was that he kept us informed of everything - we never once had to get in touch with him for updates on progress.

I've just been reading Chris's wonderful reviews and totally agree with them all. Apart from his excellent work done on our out-of-date electrics when we had our kitchen renovated, he also did work in the bedroom (which hadn't been previously discussed). He was extremely professional, he arrived when he said he would, was brilliant at communication both before and after the work, and has offered to come back to fix any problems if they occur (I actually believe he would, too).
Chris is also a great person to have around - good to talk to, personable, friendly. I'd recommend Chris/Connect Up Electrical to anybody.
