We’ve used a few painters before and never felt fully happy with the end result. There was always something that didn’t quite sit right, whether it was communication or the finish itself.
We found D N Decorators after reading through reviews and decided to book them for our hallway, stairs and landing including all doors and woodwork.
Dave came round in person to look at the job properly and talk everything through. That alone gave us more confidence than some of our previous experiences. The quote and invoice were clear, and he sorted the paint and colours which made things straightforward for us.
Dave and his apprentice Dylan turned up when they said they would and just got on with it. No fuss. They were polite and easy to have around. They made sure everything was properly covered before starting and kept things tidy at the end of each day. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up thoroughly.
We’d recently installed some timber up the stairs for a handrail to attach to and they filled and painted it so it blended into the wall and it looks spot on.
The finish overall is the best we’ve had done. We’re really pleased with it and won’t be looking elsewhere next time.

Absolutely brilliant job by Dave & Dylan. My kitchen has been decorated to a very high standard (from bare plaster) in just over a day. Dave also gave me some great advice about my oak veneer internal doors which had been oiled but not sanded, so I'll be getting this fixed over the long weekend. Highly recommended and I'll be using D N Decorators again for more rooms in my house.

The standard of work by Dave ‘n Dylan of
D N Decorators is beyond exceptional. We were extremely happy with our hall stairs and landing transformation and we were eager to get the guys back to work their magic on our living room / dining room … We can’t express enough just how amazing the result is. As ever Dave ‘n Dylan’s work ethic is highly commendable, paying as much attention to the prep work as the actual finishing paintwork. Again their attention to detail is faultless and as the pictures show they have transformed our rather dated looking downstairs area into a fresh modern classic .. We absolutely love it ❤️
D N Decorators are undoubtedly a professional company and nothing is too much trouble, the icing on the cake is these guys are really lovely hardworking people

WOW … cannot recommend this company highly enough. Dave and Dylan totally transformed our tired looking hall stairs and landing. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and they went above and beyond what we expected. If you are looking for a professional decorating company, seriously look no further, these guys are amazing. Only problem now is the rest of the house doesn’t look as good, and with that in mind we have already asked for a quote for the living room / dining room 😊

Dave and Dylan have just finished painting the exterior of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They turned up on time each morning, worked professionally throughout and delivered an excellent finish. The quality of their work really shows.
They were clean, tidy and respectful of my property. They were both pleasant, easy to talk to and clearly take pride in what they do.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled and professional painters. A fantastic job from start to finish!
