Our shower is finally working properly after seven months of ongoing issues since moving in. We had multiple plumbers and heating engineers look at the problem, but none of them were able to identify the faults. The shower unit had a thermostat issue, and there was also a pipe problem between the boiler and the shower — the pipe was positioned too close, causing the hot water to cut out repeatedly.
Dean was the only one who diagnosed both issues correctly. He worked methodically, explained everything clearly, and didn’t stop until the job was fully resolved. His professionalism, persistence, and attention to detail were exceptional.
We are extremely satisfied with the result and highly recommend Dean for any plumbing or heating work.

We have used many different heating engineers and plumbers over the years but Dean stands out from the crowd. He is very willing to go the extra mile to help people out which does not happen often these days. We contacted him just before he was due to go on holiday but he still made time to come out and sort our problem before he went. Not only that, he also went out to buy a part to fix an associated problem while he was here! We highly recommend Dean, he provides an excellent service and is a genuinely friendly and helpful guy.

We would highly recommend Dean (D.W Heating & Plumbing). He was very responsive to our initial contact and offered a boiler service within 7 days. He arrived at exactly the time we had booked, he’s super friendly, very knowledgeable, honest and was so respectful of our home. I was convinced we needed a new thermostat which would have cost approx £150-175 but Dean checked ours and assured us it was perfect for our system and there was nothing wrong with it. We were so impressed we’ve asked to be added to his annual service reminder. A very worthy 5* review for a 5* customer service.
