Abandoned after a job half done, faulty workmanship on gutters installed. July this year 2024, first contact, were very quick to take a large deposit to start work on 1st August. When you arrived you were more than half a day late. and as soon as I left you to do the job you disappeared. It’s on CCTV. When you eventually got some help with the job, which you tried to rush with promises it would be completed before you rushed off to your two week holiday.
Some of the jobs were completed, and I think were well done, but I didn’t see pictures. I paid full balance minus a few hundred pounds to finish the apex job after smashing some tiles.
Both shook my hand with promises and more promises that on the day of your return you’d be back to finish the job.
You didn’t return because your van broke down and excuse after excuse from Nathan and Chloe went on for at least 3-4 weeks. All messages and videos to show. In late August we had our first heavy rain. I was horrified to discover gallons of water gushing out from a new gutter Nathan had installed. Faulty workmanship. Paddling pool placed under to catch water. Videos and texts and emails sent to company. Excuses again, no return, it was an exhausting and traumatic experience. My floor was beginning to show damage and the noise was horrendous. Very loud noise coming from new down pipe each time it rained. Correct elbow joint was replaced in down pipe and corner on extension replaced by a ‘professional’. Noise ceased and water stopped.
After news that van was finally fixed I was hopeful! To no avail…. I waited, and waited, AND WAITED. Shall I go on ? Well I think the public would agree that I’ve waited too long, because I’m still waiting….. until now. Dreadful people, unprofessional. So disorganised and don’t tell the truth. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! Not to be trusted, and therefore I do not recommend. I gave this company a chance to fix the bad job, and finish the apex job. Whether the tiles are 50 years old or 100 years old a professional company would not ever break tiles unless they were in a big rush to finish a job and are careless. I have since had another well established roofer here, who advised that the half apex tile job was totally wrong. They confirmed that they’re over hanging by a third more than they should be. So the whole lot needs to be done again.
With regard to the water gushing out from the corner guttering of my extension, this was to do with the corner join which was installed incorrectly. I have had a ‘professional’ in to fix this.
With regard to the noise in the down pipe - This was caused by an incorrect elbow pipe join which needed replacing to stop the water hitting against the side of the main drainpipe before straight down flow. Shoddy, careless and rushed work due to greed. The noise has now ceased!!
So why 5 months of waiting? You chose to ignore most of my messages, I think in the hope that by wearing me down to total exhaustion, I would give up. Nathan agreed both areas were faulty. He did not return. Continuous excuses and untruthful. Easy access to the side of the house to install facias and gutters because I paid for scaffolding. You should ‘not’ be sighting my neighbour with your excuses. She clearly stated NO ACCESS so scaffolding company came in. Access to roof enabled. The chimney stack job and tiles replaced. I was not present to see how access to the roof to fill chimney stack and replace tiles was actioned. Two damp proofing companies advised my back render is fine.
After holiday Nathan advised my contact to Chloe was not responded to because she was having personal problems. Both people whining about losing other jobs, instead of finishing mine, and excuses were relentless. FYI no verification was sought from other garages. And about what? I recommended my mechanic, that’s it. I tried reaching out’ to you! Replies didn’t arrive, so this left me no alternative but to write this review. Dreadful people, dreadful service and lies from the start.

Nathan fixed our leaking roof efficiently and for a reasonable price.
He used special camera equipment to locate were leak was coming from and he took various photos from inside the roof, he explained how the the water leakage had caused the damage to our roof.
Very happy with repair work and price. Highly recommend.

First class company, couldn’t recommend enough. Had new gutters, soffits, fascia’s and down pipes installed and couldn’t be more happier. From first contact to completion was literally a few days. Really good value for money and they left no mess behind. I now have the nicest looking gutters and fascia’s in the street so thankyou

Twice arranged for someone to come out and quote for a job at an old ladies house and twice no-one showed up. ( 4 and a half hours of my life I won't get back) No communication about why they were not coming. If I could give a minus 1 star I would.

Quick to come out and look at the issue. Got a price for me whilst at my property. Started and completed the works two days later. Nathan was friendly and professional.
