I was grateful to Mark for transforming all the frontage and gates of our high Edwardian 'semi' after thorough preparation, with elegant paintwork, as well as dealing with the challenge of repairing crumbling stone work and replacing rotten woodwork. The paving beneath was brushed up and tidied each day. He was always responsive to my concerns and nothing was too much trouble for him, he was unfailingly good humoured even in spells of appalling weather. Mark has been full of fantastic advice and help as we sought to manage a small damp issue with our end of terrrace home. The exterior coating as well as other measures he has helped us implement have made a big difference. Mark is friendly, helpful, professional, tidy and prides himself on working to a high standard. Very thorough examination of work needed and clear explanation of plan of action. Good communication and feedback on progress of.work. On time and I was kept.updated of any.unexpected issues, completely professional.and not afraid to explain if further work needed to complete a job.
