Contacted Keith (on behalf of my mum) after seeing he was highly recommended locally and he responded very promptly and arranged to call next day. Boiler had been constantly losing pressure even when more water added etc. Keith advised he could fix the old boiler but we may want to consider replacement due to its age . Gave us quotes later that day and we decided on a replacement. Very competitively priced .Keith fitted my mum in that week. Arrived promptly , no mess , very professional , courteous and kind getting Barry another engineer to assist to make the job faster so it wasnt so onerous for my mum. Set all the timings for my mum and explained instructions in case wanted to alter. Nothing was too much trouble. Cant recommend highly enough . Definitely five stars

It started with a horrible little leak on a pipe leading into my hot water tank. Keith and Barry came and sorted it out. Whist there they noticed an obstruction in my hot water supply which, when removed, improved my shower power by 100%. This led to further conversations.
We live in a five story house and heating is NOT easy. Been here over a year and the poor kids upstairs had been freezing, relying on little electric heaters.
These guys know there onions. Our heating/hot water system is a terrifying beast(see picture). The guys explained to me how it all works. Following their advice I had them back to change ten sets of thermostatic valves on my central heating system, flush the whole thing out and to replace the inadequate pump with a more appropriate unit.
They also added a timer on the hot water circulation to deliver instant hot water at appropriate times of the day in all corners of the house.
Finally they come and added a HIVE thermostat which has given me precise control over hot water and heating. My new favourite toy, I am forever tweaking and it is working out brilliantly.
Can't praise them enough. Over the course of four or five visits they have transformed my gaff from a freezing box to a lovely warm home.

We found Keith to be reliable, professional and would highly recommend.
Having a gas leak and inevitably having the gas turned off by Cadent with no heating/hot water over the new year was no fun.
Keith was the only gas engineer to have the decency to respond to our call. He understood our predicament and was more than happy to help get us back up and running.
Keith came out and initially assessed the situation, identifying the leak in the living room as that's where it was first detected. However, after further investigation, he traced the leak back to, under the kitchen floor and performed the repair.
We couldn't fault Keith in any way, really nice guy and provided a quality service and would definitely use him again.

We got a water pressure problem of our boiler for a while. Keith was the only engineer from those we contacted to give us timely responses, patiently identify the sources that caused the problem and fixed it efficiently. He changed the expansion vessel of our boiler and fixed a few leaking problem of the pipes in the heating system which wasn't easy to identify. We are impressed by Keith's professional skills, and appreciated his kindness and considerate help. We will definitely call him for the next boiler service or any problem of the heating system in the future. Absolutely five-start engineer!
