I would like to start this review by saying that I had limited knowledge of solar panels, batteries and electric hot water systems and the more I read about them the more confused I would be. To be fair to Heat Electric after one house visit all the confusion was put to bed. David had great knowledge of the sector and his delivery was honest and pressure free. The system we agreed on Solar panels, batteries and a Sunamp ( hot water system) was fitted hassle free and to a very high standard, the installation team were friendly, neat and tidy and highly skilled, a credit to your company. Would recommend Heat Electric for a hassle and pressure free quality installation. Many thanks

I decided to replace the too-ancient Economy 7 system in my flat and Mr Ian Gardner from HeatElectric visited 25/03/2025 and advised. I decided on 3 radiators and a much bigger heated towel rail in the bathroom.
An engineer installed the specified items on 16/05/2025, having dismantled and removed the old night storage heaters. He was completed by the afternoon, very professional and very tidy.
Since the weather turned chilly I have greatly appreciated these new radiators - they heat up quickly and because of the fluted design of the panels they give off a very satisfactory amount of heat. A decidedly vast improvement on the old-fashioned storage heaters.
I wish I'd installed these marvellous radiators sooner.

I had a Sunamp installed back in September, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The installers were neat, tidy and it was all complete in a day. The office staff were extremely helpful with any queries I had. Thank you HeatElectric!
