Wow! Can't give these guys enough stars! There quality of work and work ethics are outstanding. Everyone from Paul the owner, whom could do enough to help and advise us, to Paul and Kyle the fitters, whom made the job/install so easy, they really were a great couple of guys! Very tidy job, no mess left. Done in less than a day. Samsung system and 2 windfree indoor units, working flawlessly. Great price. Will be highly recommending to everyone.

Looked at several installers and IceKool not only ticked all the boxes but were very responsive and provided a fantastic service at a good price. Paul's advice was very good, they were very accommodating in squeezing in the installation within a week or so of the initial enquiry, and the work on the day was spot on. Also very good at clearing up the mess! The aircon has worked flawlessly since. Recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from Icekool! From the moment I made my enquiry to the installation, everything was handled quickly and professionally — they had my aircon unit fitted within just 3 days.
The whole team was amazing, but a special mention has to go to Paul, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and commitment to great service really stood out.
Thanks to the new aircon unit, the room has been completely transformed — it’s now a fully usable space where before it just wasn’t comfortable at all.

Really happy with my install!
Paul is really knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helped me choose the right system for my home. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything.
The installation team were punctual, polite, and took great care protecting my new carpet. The install itself was done to a very high standard as everything was neat, tidy, and clearly done with pride.
I’m really pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend Icekool Ltd to anyone considering air conditioning.
