After having such an amazing experience 4 years ago when I had my new roof on I thought I had a 10 year gaurantee on the roof as Standard however after a tile had slipped I contacted the company who told me they would come and fix the tile that was almost a month ago my last message wasn't answered. I had to hire another company to come and fix the tile. It took 5 mins to repair and cost me £120 the company came from Liverpool and got the job done. They informed me that the tile had not been glued in place originally. Great if you want a new roof but hard to reach when you need a repair.

Had a tree come through the roof and needed someone to fix it quick, Mr Jones came within 4 hours to look at the job and assured me he could have the whole roof fixed within 2 weeks and at a price I was very happy with. The work was completed in time and I am a very happy customer, I would not hesitate to recommend Jones & Co

⦁ Rake out and point chimney stack.
⦁ Apply lead soakers and flashings to the stack.
⦁ Flaunce and apply vent cowel to the stack.
⦁ Remove the shrubs from the rear disued stack .
⦁ Replace missing bricks.
⦁ Remove rotten fascia board, gutter and downpipe from the rear extension.
⦁ Apply new white pvc fascia, black half round gutters and downpipe.
⦁ Remove all debris and leave site clean and tidy.
Rob was here for 2 days and he was on time and he kept me informed of all the work he had to do he took pictures to show me the before and after if I needed any more roof work to be done I would call rob for any repairs. I would just like to say Thank you

Lovely, kind and knowledgeable gentleman, marvelous service, roof was repaired swiftly at a very fair price and all debris taken away upon completion, absolutely marvelous, was recommended by a colleague of mine, marvelous
