Went into the shop looking for some brackets for a pipe. In fact for a charity event (splat the rat), no hesitation, no charge. I am thankful and grateful for this small gesture of kindness form the staff (Ross).

Great service from Gary and Ross. Excellent knowledge of the products available from them and what is required to fit those products. Delivered to us at a time that suited us and our plumber.
Thanks to them we have a stunning bathroom which has turned out better than we expected.
