I bought a house built in 1853, I think that’s the last time it had a lick of paint so without midland I would be completely stuck. They have completed 6 large project for us. Double glazing sash sliders, full kitchen move, top floor conversion and splitting into bed room and bathroom. Bathroom and en suite. Separate bathroom conversion from room and currently an extension. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As you can see from the photos, there are not easy jobs to complete on such a property. Without Gavs advice, support and expertise, we’d be lost.

We had an excellent experience with Midland who remodelled and installed our kitchen - this included opening up a chimney breast and knocking out 2/3 of our back wall. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Pete and the team were so respectful of our home whilst with us and they kept the space clean and tidy at the end of each day. They offered solutions to any issues that we came across (old house!) and took the stress away from us when our kitchen provider hadn’t sent all the parts needed as well as recommending other great people we could contact for flooring etc. We would recommend and definitely use again - thanks guys!!!

Dishonest, unprofessional, incapable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are actual good builders on the Wirral, this company is not one of those!!!!!
Ensure any work being inspected, is done so by Council planing officers and not by and private companies recommended by either Jackie or Gavin.
Ask to see their website (they removed their existing page after receiving my letter of complaint)
Ensure quotes provided give full break down of the exact materials that will be used and that your getting what you’ve paid for.
If they cannot produce a guarantee of their workmanship then question why?
2 years almost and left with no working kitchen, no running water, no washing facilities.

Midland builders from start to finish we're absolutely brilliant. From owner, work men and office staff, couldn't be more helpful. Helping me to improve the exterior of my tutor style house with great workmanship. Special mention to Dave and Matty who completed the works, very friendly and professional. Will most definitely use Midland again for any future projects and would recommend these.

I have been meaning to write a review for
Midland Builders for a long time. Over the years they have build an outside utility connected to the house, took out my old bathroom and redesigned. They have laid a large patio in my garden and done other numerous jobs all of which have been fabulous quality. Nothing is too much trouble. I have always found the lads to be helpful, courteous & cheerful. Gavin & Jackie are always helpful and good source of knowledge about everything and always willing to go the extra mile . Wouldn’t use anyone else and would definitely highly recommend them and their team.
Please don’t hesitate to use these guys. Best around !
