Do not use this company. They are the worst people I have ever dealt with.
They under quote then hike the price up. The photos on their website are stock photos, not work they have done. It states this at the bottom, wish I'd seen it sooner.
I told them I had been scammed after the death of my husband so I would not pay deposit and they said OK they didn't take a deposit, then changed their mind. They said they needed a stack payment, basically a deposit, as the price had increased but they had 'underquoted' which was probably lies.
My contact Charlie harassed me over again then got his Dad to ring to do the same.
I chose the decking I wanted, Trex Clam shell, and they just used some from another job which was not the same make and a very dark grey, then said I was a liar even though I had all the evidence on whatsapp.
The patio edging was atrocious and I had to ask them to relay edging stones, do steps properly and compact and level tarmac to ensure there was enough space for resin, which is far from perfect, it is not level all over, but I'd had enough by the time they finished.
I refused to pay for the decking as I would have to replace it and Charlie got his dad to ring me again and harass me, saying I had set out to cheat them! Told me as I do not work in the building trade I did not know what I was talking about, Absolutely despicable behaviour, basically trying to take advantage of someone in a very vulnerable position.
Please do yourself a favour and don't be reeled in by a charming pitch, and if you do, don't pay until you're happy with the job! If I could give minus stars I would!!

Comunication is ZERO admin is ZERO can't even attend propety to do measurements without causing an issue. Fails to inform me of the appointment they have selected for my repair and just calls out of the blue asking if it is okay still.
When they arrive they do not have the full job with them claiming another driver has taken the van with my windows in it and they are not able to get hold of the driver (Mobile phone must be not working lol).
The real truth was that they have took on to much work and thought the Moo Pooh would be okay with me. Sorry but they must try harder if they think I will allow half a job to be done.
Even when they turned up for the job they did not do all that I was promised by the company because they were told only to fit the UPVC nothing about the rest of the work and even the UPVC work is not completed. I would never employ this company to do anymore work on my property they are simply not worth the hassle and can't do a proper job

Did a fantastic job on our driveway, we paid exactly the price that was quoted and they completed the job on time with no fuss. Very satisfied customer, would recommend and use again. Marcus was great throughout and really went the extra mile.

Wouldn't use them EVER again. The most unprofessional firm I 've ever used! No communication. Paid for my job 5weeks ago still not finished. Totally baffled how they work. Very unhappy!!

Used North West Construction for my total house renovation in Oxton, can't fault any of their work, first class can defiantly recommend all their services
