I decided to contact Olivia Garden Services because of the good reviews. Pedro came punctually gave us a quote and a date to start 3 days of work and everything seemed fine. 2 days before the start date I contacted Pedro to see what time he would arrive and got no reply. At 6am on the start date he messaged to say there was a problem with his van and he couldn't make it. He was very apologetic and said he would call round in person later in the day to explain and apologise again. We told him when we would be in but he didn't turn up. I messaged him later that evening to ask what was happening and got no reply. The next day he messaged to say he hadn't felt well, had a headache and "forgot" to come round. He then said "Good news" he could fit us in the end of the following week for 2 days. So a 3 day job had suddenly become a 2 day job. At this point we told him we weren't interested.
I don't know what was going on with Pedro but we'd waited a month since the initial quote only for him to let us down twice in one day. We couldn't risk going with such an unreliable and unprofessional person. Very disappointing.

From weeding to pruning and lawn care, everything was done to a very high standard. I will definitely use their service again.

What an absolute gentleman, I was spraying weedkiller outside my house when Pedro came over from a neighbours garden and said no use mine it's much better. He then strimmed all the weeds out, applied his weed killer & jetwashed everywhere afterwards....I didn't even ask him.
All without any hesitation & he also didn't charge me at all when I asked how much.
This world needs more Pedro's around, thank you so much again !.

They failed to turn up to keep arranged appointment and did not have the courtesy to contact me or return my telephone call so they appear to be unreliable and lacking in good manners.
