Made a complaint about my black bathroom taps that are peeling. One was installed approximately 18 months ago and the other 9 months ago. The matter was taken up with the supplier, but I was told it was my cleaning method (diluted washing up liquid and a microfiber cloth) and lack of drying the taps after each use that was at fault. Clearly black taps are only meant to be ornamental and not touched by everyday hand soap and water, unless you are prepared to dry the tap religiously after each use. Avoid these taps as they will flake and look unsightly after a few months in your brand new bathroom.

I am just a little DIY man I like doing my own jobs if I can. I'm not a plumber and don't have the plumbing experience to go on. I went to Pro Plumbing supplies a couple of months ago and got served by an assistant called Jordon. The help and knowledge that I got from him was outstanding and now I won't go to any other plumbing suppliers. I have found this company outstanding very helpful with other assistants I cannot rate them highly enough.

Massive thank you to the team at pro plumbing Moreton, Louise and Emma in particular. I could not have had a better experience. They helped me convert a small shower room into a bathroom, it was tricky but there wasn't a problem they couldn't solve. I wouldn't go any where else..

Very helpful. I went in for a new cartridge for a tap without knowing what exactly I needed. The staff were really helpful and I had the part I needed in a minute. I know where I'll be going next time I need a part.

After refitting the upstairs toilet due to putting down some new Lino, I cracked the porcelain putting in the last screw! It started leaking :( ruining the good feelings of a job done well lol
At first, we went to B&Q for a standard low level pan but after almost two hours of being trapped in there we found out they don’t sell them, they’re all close coupled toilets which we couldn’t use. (Even worse every box we opened we found cracked cisterns and pans and even a discarded Mars bar wrapper inside a sealed box!?)
Google brought us to Pro Plumbing Supplies and they saved the day! We were dealt with promptly by a very helpful wonderful lady member of staff (sorry I didn’t get your name) and she told us what we needed, it was in stock, and it was only £50.
We were in and out in about 10 minutes, and on our way back home. I fitting the new toilet the same day and it’s absolutely perfect. Complements the new Lino, nice new shiny white toilet, with a new seat.
Thank you Pro Plumbing Supplies, thank you to the kind helpful lady - I’ll never go anywhere else. You have my custom for life :)
