I can’t recommend Damian and his team highly enough. They carried out a garage conversion and a kitchen diner knock-through for me, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
Communication was amazing before, during, and after the work was completed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no question was too much to ask. The team were always respectful, polite, and friendly, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
As a single woman, I was initially a little worried about dealing with builders, but Damian and his team completely removed that stigma. They were honest, transparent, and there were no hidden costs or unexpected price increases.
It’s rare to find builders you can truly trust, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional builders. ⭐️

We used RG Developments to convert our conservatory roof into a warm roof with lantern. Damian and team were fantastically efficient and the quality of work was to a great standard. Due to unforeseen circumstances on our side we ended up getting them back in for structural work on a knock through. Again, completed very quickly and to a fantastic standard. They have a wealth of knowledge and access to everything you'd need when doing a project. Couldn't rate them highly enough.

We have a 1930s detached house that was in need of renovation. New roof, anthracite double glazing, external composite doors, drainage, k-rend rendering and a kitchen extension with skylights has transformed our home. The project planning including architectural plans was spot on and the quality of materials, building and finish were superb. Damien has a great team around him and Lee did a great job of managing the build on site. Lees knowledge is extensive and his quality of work is exceptional.
The aftercare from Damien and Lee has been great and we would heartily recommend RG and the team.

Damian helped carry out a pre-purchase inspection survey, and quote for a garage conversion. He was very professional and friendly, and answered all the questions and concerns I had sourced from my Level 3 building survey. He was very knowledgable of exactly what needed doing, rather than inflate the cost for his own gain. The survey report was issued the very same day, with plenty of detail.
If my house purchase goes through, I will definitely be looking to use Damien and his company to carry out the works. I’ve had many experiences of tradespeople, some good, some bad - this is one of the best experiences I’ve had.

Damian is a professional like I have not encountered before, the care for details and the customer is greater than I have ever experienced.
He spent time going over all the details with us on all the potentials projects we wanted and how to tackle them & how much they should cost.
He was super transparent, honest & kind
Sadly due to budget issues we couldn't hire him for now, we do hope to do business in the future once we have enough capital.
