Called to arrange a roof repair, visited our house within a few days, quoted us, said they’d be back to repair in a few days, never came. Tried messaging and calling a few times but no answer, reading and ignoring. It’s been 2 weeks and still heard nothing. We have a hole in our roof that hasn’t gone down well with recent rain! Would have preferred you to turn down the job or just get back to me.

We have used Ryan a couple of times now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Not only were we pleased with the work that was done at a very reasonable price he was so lovely with my elderly mum he deserves a special mention. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had a leak on our roof and I was worried it was going to be an expensive job, Ryan came to give me a quote and he was so helpful and reasonably priced. He fitted us in really fast and was so friendly and professional. We will definitely be using him again and would recommend to others.

I got a response on the same day I emailed the company. I had a problem with overflowing guttering. Ryan called at the house and solved the problem immediately. It turned out to just be a blockage from leaves. He wouldn't take any money (just a cup of tea!!) but also advised about possible solutions to avoid a repeat of the problem. REALLY pleasant, helpful guy. Many thanks again, Ryan.

I had a leak on the roof around the soil pipe and rain water was leaking into the house yesterday morning. Being Sunday morning nobody would answer the call. But Steve was recommended by a colleague, ptomptly answered the call, his team came and checked it yesterday and sorted it today.Thank you to Steve and team for their highly professional quality work.
