Wanted to get new fluorescent tube for daughter's kitchen and had some great, friendly advice from Dec. Initial conversation was on the phone but was so impressed with his patient, knowledgeable manner we went to their shop and bought an LED replacement. I'd thought about this previously but wasn't sure how to go about it. Dec took the time to explain why you couldn't buy fluorescent tubes new any more and showed me how easy it would be to change. He even unboxed the LED and showed me how to do it. You just don't get that kind of personal service in big chains and never online.
They were so helpful and the new LED was so much better than the old tubes, I went back and bought two more units for my own kitchen. Now have massive brownie points with wife and daughter thanks to Northern Lighting and can actually see what I'm doing in the kitchen. 👍😁

I went in here with absolutely no idea about EV chargers, these guys are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile to reassure me that what I was buying was correct. I'd recommend this group of staff to anyone.
What a team, Owner you should be proud. Not many places that operate like this anymore.

Ordered outdoor strip lighting for my decking.
Staff were helpful in assisting with the right equipment required for my project.
Delivery was very quick.
