All my emails were answered within thirty minutes, sometimes sooner! Ben was punctual on the visit to view my job, was very informative and the price was acceptable. I was kept very well-informed of his arrival time to carry out the job, which was completed to a very high standard, even the clearing up afterwards was very thorough! Ben and his colleague Michael did an outstanding job on our garden. They were unbelievably respectful of the property and worked with great care. They cut multiple conifer hedges and shaped them brilliantly, showing real skill and attention to detail. Ben was especially thorough with the clean-up afterward, leaving the garden in a clean and tidy condition. He was also extremely well-organised, working efficiently and methodically around the space. I couldn’t be happier with their work and would highly recommend them!

Absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Ben and team. Very tall conifers topped trimmed and skirted. An absolute transformation. Would recommend Veteran tree surgeons to anyone wanting a truly professional job carried out on their trees. We will certainly have an annual visit in order to maintain our trees

Ben and his team just completed work in our garden comprising the full dismantle and removal of 1 large willow along with height and width reduction of 1 large multi-trunk eucalyptus.
Ben called round at the agreed time to look at the job, offering specialist advice and guidance before providing a quote which I was happy with.
The team turned up on time to carry out the work, consulting me as work progressed to ensure my requirements were met in full.
All waste was removed and the garden left in a very tidy state on completion.
I cannot fault the service provided and am happy to recommend Veteran Tree Surgeons.
