Dot and Phil cared for our 2 tortoise and Cockatiel for a long weekend. Dot made sure she regularly updated us with messages and photographs of our 3 little ones, this was so reassuring. Dot and Phil are both very approachable and understanding to your animals needs, we 100% recommend them, and we will definitely be using the hotel again.Thank you Dot and Phil x

Thank you both for taking care of my two rabbits. It was straightforward to arrange with you, the bunnies seem absolutely fine and it was such good peace of mind to know they were being well looked after while i was away. First visit to Wirral Small Pets Hotel, hopefully not the last. I picked up 2 very happy, relaxed bunnies who settled right back at home in no time. Communication prior to the visit was great, Dot and Phil were very acommodating with the drop off/collection times, and provided reassurance on the room temperature being cool during the heatwave. I also received photos during their stay, which was a lovely extra touch. We hope to see you again soon

We contacted Wirral Small Pets Hotel to care for our 3 guinea pigs while we went on a short holiday, and we couldn't be happier with the care they received!
Dot & Phil were absolutely lovely, providing regular updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear our guinea pigs were well cared for and comfortable throughout their stay.

Our first time with Wirral small pets hotel , we were made so welcome and confident leaving our tortoise with Dot .We were updated with photos of Noah throughout our holiday to reassure us .
Such a lovely couple ❤️
